Kami Rita Stood on the top of Mt. Everest for 23rd Times

(49) Years old veteran climber Kami Rita Sherpa also known as "Thapkhe" from Thame village of Solukhumbu made the 23rd successful climb over the world’s highest peak; Mt. Everest (8848m). Breaking his record of 22 successful ascents of Everest, Kami Rita now became the only man in the planted to climb Mt. Everest 23 times. Back in 2017 Kami became the 3rd person to climb Mt. Everest 21 times, equalizing the counts with Apa Sherpa and Phurba Tashi Sherpa.
According to the Tashi Lakpa Sherpa, MD at Seven Summit Treks, this morning at 7:50 AM Kami Rita climbed the highest peak via South Side and scripted the history in the sector of mountaineering. “This is a subject of Nation’s Pride; 23 successful climbs of Everest, is more than the normal imagination” Sherpa added.
